Sinolift Introduces QDD Series Pedestrian Electric Tractors for Efficient Indoor Towing
Shanghai, China — Sinolift has officially introduced its QDD Series Pedestrian Electric Tractors, including QDD10, QDD10L, and QDD15L, designed to support efficient and reliable towing operations in warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities. The new series addresses growing demand in European and North American markets for compact, electric towing solutions that improve internal material transport while reducing emissions and operating costs.
The QDD series offers towing capacities ranging from 1000 kg to 1500 kg, allowing users to select the appropriate model based on operational requirements. Built with a reinforced steel structure, the tractors provide stable axle load distribution and dependable performance under continuous industrial use. Their compact dimensions — with an overall width of 520 mm and short wheelbase — make them well suited for narrow aisles and confined indoor environments.
Designed for daily towing tasks, the QDD series delivers consistent traction performance. The models provide a continuous traction force of up to 300 N and a maximum traction force of 650 N, supporting the movement of carts, trolleys, and trailers across warehouse floors. Travel speeds of 4.5 km/h under full load and 5 km/h without load help maintain steady workflow efficiency, while a maximum gradeability of 3% (full load) ensures stable operation on ramps and slight inclines.
All QDD models are powered by a 0.4 kW DC electric drive motor and equipped with an electromagnetic braking system, ensuring smooth acceleration and controlled stopping. The electric system supports quiet operation at 74 dB(A), making the tractors suitable for noise-sensitive indoor applications such as logistics centers and production workshops.

Battery configurations are tailored to different usage needs. The QDD10 is equipped with a lead-acid battery system (2×12V / 50Ah), while the QDD10L and QDD15L feature lightweight 24V / 20Ah lithium-ion batteries, reducing overall vehicle weight and supporting efficient energy management. Maintenance-free solid or pneumatic tires further reduce downtime and simplify daily operation.
Operator comfort and safety were key considerations in the design. Adjustable handlebar heights allow operators of different statures to maintain comfortable working positions, while mechanical steering provides direct and predictable control during towing tasks.

As demand for electric material handling and towing equipment continues to grow globally, the SINOLIFT QDD Series offers a practical solution for companies seeking clean, compact, and efficient pedestrian electric tractors for indoor logistics operations.
