The range provides 500 kg and 1000 kg load classes with 1.1 m, 1.3 m and 1.5 m lift options. Use the matrix as a starting point, then confirm the final nameplate and working conditions with the supplier.

Decision 1: Match the rated load to the real unit load

Use the heaviest regular pallet or unit load as the first input. The 500 kg group is the comparison point for lighter handling requirements. The 1000 kg group is the relevant comparison when the operation regularly approaches or exceeds the 500 kg class.

Decision 2: Match the lift height to the receiving point

The range offers 1.1 m, 1.3 m and 1.5 m lift options. Measure the actual receiving surface, such as a truck bed, loading platform, staging table or low storage position. Select the lowest option that completes the task with suitable clearance.

Lift height should not be confused with high-level warehouse racking capability. If the project involves high racks or an extended load center, request a separate equipment review.

Decision 3: Review the working environment

The CDDYG-Z is a fully electric walk-behind stacker family. Describe the working conditions before choosing a configuration, including loading bays, workshop or production-floor transfer, low-level storage, aisle width and pedestrian traffic.

• Confirm floor type, travel distance and turning space.
• Provide pallet dimensions and fork-entry direction.
• Describe any ramp, uneven-floor or outdoor requirement.
• Confirm the battery, charger, charging location and duty cycle.
