BS15 to BS100 Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table Selection Guide
BS15 to BS100 Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table Selection Guide
Compare capacity, platform size and height range before choosing a single-scissor lift table for material handling.

BS series specification comparison
The BS15, BS25, BS50, BS75 and BS100 models are single-scissor manual hydraulic lift tables. The range covers 150 kg to 1000 kg and different platform and height combinations.
| Model | Capacity | Table size | Min. height | Max. height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BS15 | 150 kg | 700 × 450 mm | 265 mm | 755 mm |
| BS25 | 250 kg | 830 × 500 mm | 330 mm | 910 mm |
| BS50 | 500 kg | 1010 × 520 mm | 435 mm | 1000 mm |
| BS75 | 750 kg | 1010 × 520 mm | 442 mm | 1000 mm |
| BS100 | 1000 kg | 1010 × 520 mm | 445 mm | 950 mm |

How to choose the capacity
Use the heaviest regular load as the first filter. BS15 is rated for 150 kg, BS25 for 250 kg, BS50 for 500 kg, BS75 for 750 kg and BS100 for 1000 kg. Then check load distribution, load center and platform coverage. Capacity and platform stability are separate buying decisions.
How to choose the height range
Measure the receiving surface, assembly bench, packing station or staging point. The maximum height should provide the required transfer clearance, while the minimum height should allow the load to be placed on the platform safely. If the project requires much higher lifting, powered high-cycle operation, fixed installation or personnel lifting, request a separate equipment review.

Where the BS series is commonly evaluated
Assembly and production support
Use a movable platform to support parts, cartons and work-in-process materials at a suitable working level.
Packing and order preparation
Bring a load closer to a comfortable working height for packing, inspection or sorting, then lower the table before moving it.
Workshop and warehouse staging
Compare the range for maintenance support and floor-level or low-level staging where adjustable height is more important than high-rack storage.
Buyer checklist
- Maximum and typical load weight.
- Load dimensions and center of gravity.
- Required minimum and maximum working heights.
- Platform size and acceptable load overhang.
- Floor level, slope, surface condition and travel route.
- Required lifting frequency and operator workflow.
- Indoor or outdoor environment.
- Safety documentation, training and service requirements.
FAQ
Which BS model handles 1000 kg?
BS100 is the 1000 kg model in the listed single-scissor range. Confirm the final load center and platform loading condition before ordering.
What is the difference between BS50, BS75 and BS100?
They share the listed 1010 × 520 mm platform size but are rated for 500 kg, 750 kg and 1000 kg. Their height ranges also differ.
Is the BS series powered?
The BS15–BS100 series is manual hydraulic. The operator raises the platform with a foot pedal and controls lowering manually.
