Sinolift PV/EPV Light Roll Lifter for Circular Materials
PV/EPV Light Roll Lifter for Circular Materials
Engineering review of a 400 kg PV/EPV light roll lifter family for roll film, paper cores, textile rolls and other cylindrical materials.

The supplied workbook confirms the PV and EPV model ranges and reference envelope. The physical-material folder is labeled as a non-standard roller pallet truck shipment, but the exact final sub-model is not confirmed by the supplied photographs.
A light roll platform must be specified around the real roll
The workbook lists 400 kg rated load across PV and EPV models, lift-height options from 850 to 2,000 mm, roll diameter Ø200-600 mm, maximum roll width 1,550 mm and a 620 x 1,050 mm V-tray. Overall length is 880 mm and width 1,050 mm. Overall height ranges from 1,100 to 2,600 mm depending on the selected model.
PV is listed as manual lifting. EPV is listed with a 12 V / 800 W power unit and 12 V / 60 Ah battery. These are standard workbook references and must be confirmed in the final quotation if the machine includes a non-standard roller or tray arrangement.
Why the V-shaped tray matters
Cylindrical rolls can shift or roll on a flat platform. A V-shaped tray creates a defined support channel and makes loading position easier to inspect. It does not replace a load review. Confirm diameter, width, core, surface condition, weight distribution, centre of gravity and required orientation before release.
PV/EPV equipment and factory context
The first four images show the supplied product-family and factory material. The specification image is included as a reference detail. They establish visual context, not a customer result, certification or exact final model.
Manual PV or electric EPV?
PV can fit occasional lifting, short routes and smooth floors where manual operation is acceptable. EPV can reduce repeated lifting effort at a loading station or work position. Electric lifting does not automatically mean electric travel, so the quotation must identify every powered function. The buyer should compare movements per shift, floor conditions, charging access and operator effort before choosing.
Engineering questions
What is the listed capacity?
The supplied workbook lists 400 kg across the PV and EPV range. Confirm the final rating against the selected model and load centre.
What roll sizes are listed?
The workbook lists Ø200-600 mm roll diameter and maximum roll width of 1,550 mm. Confirm tray clearance for the actual roll.
Can the images prove the exact sub-model?
No. The final PV or EPV model requires a nameplate, quotation or approved drawing.
