Sinolift DPL500 500kg Manual Hydraulic Single-Fork Pallet Stacker
DPL500
The Sinolift DPL500 is a compact manual hydraulic single-fork pallet stacker designed for low-level lifting and short-distance material handling in warehouses, workshops, backrooms, and production areas. With a 500 kg load capacity, 300 mm lifting height, narrow single-fork design, and an 830 mm turning radius, it is built to move and position loads in tight spaces where conventional pallet trucks or stackers may be difficult to maneuver.
Quantity:
The DPL500 combines pallet transport and low-level lifting in one compact, manually operated unit. Its single covered fork slides into narrow gaps and helps the operator move loads through small warehouses, rack aisles, elevators, and corridors. The manual hydraulic lifting system raises the fork to 300 mm, providing additional ground clearance for load positioning and handling.
The reinforced frame, impact-resistant fork, PU wheels, ergonomic handle, and foot-brake-equipped steering wheels support stable operation during routine material handling. An optional load backrest is available for applications that require additional load support.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the DPL500 used for?
The DPL500 is used for short-distance transport, low-level lifting, and positioning of loads up to 500 kg in warehouses, workshops, production areas, and other indoor material-handling environments.
Does the DPL500 require electricity or a battery?
No. The DPL500 uses a manual hydraulic pump and does not require a battery or electrical connection for lifting.
What is the maximum lifting height?
The maximum fork lift height is 300 mm. The minimum fork height is 85 mm.
Can it be used in narrow aisles?
Yes. The single-fork narrow-body design and 830 mm turning radius are intended to improve maneuverability in narrow aisles, small warehouses, elevators, and corridors. The actual working space must be checked against the load size and site conditions.
Is the load backrest included as standard?
The supplied product materials show the load backrest as an optional accessory. Confirm the selected configuration when requesting a quotation.
What type of wheels does it use?
The DPL500 uses PU wheels. The rear steering wheels are swivel wheels with foot brakes. The front load wheel is available in single-wheel or dual-wheel configuration according to the selected specification.
Is it suitable for high-level pallet stacking?
No. With a 300 mm maximum lift height, the DPL500 is intended for low-level lifting, transport, and positioning rather than high-rack stacking. Choose a higher-lift stacker for elevated storage applications.
