ESZ Electric Mobile Scissor Lift Table Selection Guide
ESZ Electric Mobile Scissor Lift Table Selection Guide
Compare ESZ50, ESZ50D, ESZ80 and ESZ80D by load class, scissor type, working height and electric system.

ESZ specification comparison
The supplied parameter sheet lists four configurations with 500 kg or 800 kg rated load and single- or double-scissor lifting.
| Model | Type | Load | Min. height | Max. height | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ESZ50 | Single | 500 kg | 460 mm | 990 mm | 203 kg |
| ESZ50D | Double | 500 kg | 465 mm | 1700 mm | 250 kg |
| ESZ80 | Single | 800 kg | 460 mm | 1050 mm | 241 kg |
| ESZ80D | Double | 800 kg | 520 mm | 1850 mm | 293 kg |
All four models list a 1020 × 610 mm table, 24 V/70 Ah battery, 500 W drive-wheel motor, 800 W pump-station motor, 1380 mm overall length, 667 mm outside wheel width and 1165 mm handle height.

Decision 1: Select the 500 kg or 800 kg class
Start with the heaviest regular load rather than the average load. ESZ50 and ESZ50D are the 500 kg options. ESZ80 and ESZ80D are the 800 kg options. Review load center, distribution, platform contact area and required safety margin before final approval.
Decision 2: Select single or double scissor
Single-scissor options reach 990 mm for ESZ50 and 1050 mm for ESZ80. Double-scissor options reach 1700 mm for ESZ50D and 1850 mm for ESZ80D. Choose the configuration from the receiving height and then confirm stability, access space and movement route.

Decision 3: Check the electric system and duty cycle
The parameter sheet lists a 24 V/70 Ah battery, 500 W drive-wheel motor and 800 W pump-station motor across the four models. Confirm the charger, charging location, expected lifting frequency and travel distance per cycle in the final quotation.
Review the working environment
Describe floor condition, aisle width, turning space, pedestrian traffic, load dimensions, receiving height and any ramp, outdoor or uneven-floor requirement. High-rack storage, personnel lifting and rough outdoor travel require a separate equipment review.
