Sinolift has expanded its material-handling product development program with the SP4500 Air-Powered Pallet Positioner, a new pneumatic pallet handling solution designed to improve working height and pallet accessibility during repetitive loading and unloading operations.
Developed for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, packing stations and production environments, the SP4500 automatically adjusts the pallet working height as goods are added or removed.
The system also incorporates a rotating platform, helping operators access different sides of a pallet without repeatedly walking around the load.
The new product development focuses on a common challenge in manual material handling: keeping the active working layer of a pallet within a practical operator reach range throughout the handling cycle.
Designed Around Real Pallet Handling Operations
In many production and warehouse environments, operators repeatedly bend toward floor level, reach across pallets or move around loads while palletizing and depalletizing.
Traditional fixed-height pallet stations cannot automatically compensate as the load height changes.
